Our Association was able to start the study on 39 Parkinson's patients thanks to the contribution of the Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio. Donatella Carmi was Vice-President of the Foundation, and I spoke to her about 1 year ago about our Association and its aims.
Of course, the acceptance of our grant application was also possible thanks to her judgement. We are very grateful to Donatella.
On the other hand, the motto of the Association 'I fight' reflects the spirit of Donatella who first fought for her idea to create her Foundation and then fought with the evil that had struck her.
We therefore feel even closer to her, her ideals and her strength.
